REMINDER

• There may be a slight odor when you first receive your product, however it is harmless and will dissipate quickly. Opening and storing your product in a well-ventilated area will help speed up the process.
• Due to differences in photography, lighting or screen settings, the product may be slightly different from the actual product. We recommend purchasing a sample book to get a feel for how the product will look in your space. The price for the sample book will be applied to your final purchase.
• When purchasing in bulk, there may be some variation in color between batches, this is normal.
• After receiving the goods, please confirm whether there is any damage within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders older than 30 days will not be accepted.
• Return and exchanges are not allowed for non-defective products. If you receive defective items, notice missing items, or encounter errors with your shipment, please report these issues to our online consultant.
• Once an order has been loaded and is en route to the shipping address, the customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs, including storage and reconsignment costs. Any additional shipping costs will be deducted from the refund for the return.
