CLEANING /Just use a vacuum cleaner for daily cleaning.
Small areas of dirt can be partially wiped. Wipe up spills immediately to prevent permanent stains.
NOTICE /
Shush Soundproof Panels are not suitable for humid spaces (such as bathrooms).
We recommend leaving newly opened products in a well ventilated area for a day or two as there may be a slight smell when you first open your order. The smell is harmless and will dissipate over time.
Due to the manufacturing process, there may be some color variations in the fabric of Shush Soundproof Panels. This is normal and will not affect the function and use of the sound insulation board.
REMINDER
- There may be a slight odor when you first receive your product, however it is harmless and will dissipate quickly. Opening and storing your product in a well-ventilated area will help speed up the process.
- Due to differences in photography, lighting or screen settings, the product may be slightly different from the actual product. We recommend purchasing a sample book to get a feel for how the product will look in your space. The price for the sample book will be applied to your final purchase.
- When purchasing in bulk, there may be some variation in color between batches, this is normal.
- After receiving the goods, please confirm whether there is any damage within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders older than 30 days will not be accepted.
- Return and exchanges are not allowed for non-defective products. If you receive defective items, notice missing items, or encounter errors with your shipment, please report these issues to our online consultant.
- Once an order has been loaded and is en route to the shipping address, the customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs, including storage and reconsignment costs. Any additional shipping costs will be deducted from the refund for the return.
