Yes! As long as your surface Is smooth, the non-slip backing will be able to produce the physical friction needed for it to grip onto the surface. It is not recommended for textured surfaces which may prevent the carpet from sticking.

The arrows are there to guide your design. Arrows point in the direction of the fiber. If all tile arrows are pointed the same way, the fibers are also facing the same direction, leading to consistent color, whereas if arrows are pointing in different direction, this could lend to variations in the color due to fiber direction and lighting.
Yes! Due to the production and cutting process, you may see some stray fibers on your new carpet tiles. Simply vacuum the tiles once you've laid them down and you're good to go!
The area you want to install the tiles on should be thoroughly cleaned of any dirt, hair, or dust, as any debris may impact the effectiveness of the silicone non-slip backing. If non-slip backing does get dirty, simply wash with water to restore the grip.
A friendly reminder: The silicone non-slip strips should not be exposed to heat, which may cause deterioration. When drying the tiles, face the silicone back of the tile away from the sun or the heat source.
The carpets are coated with anti-stain and dirt repelling technology, it can be washed under running water! We do not recommend the use of detergents or chemical cleaners. If necessary, a very mild detergent would be the best option.
